About Me
About Me
About Me
I approach design as a builder. I’ve poured concrete, wired electrical panels, installed ductwork, and framed walls—and those same sensibilities shape how I approach software. I think in terms of systems, tools, and materials. I care how things come together, how they hold up over time, and how they feel to the people using them.
My goal is always the same: to make things make sense. I want people to feel grounded in what they’re doing—so clear and absorbed in the experience that they forget the system is even there. I make the complicated feel simple, the confusing feel clear, and the boring feel fun.
I’ve designed everything from mobile payment apps for consumers to interactive data visualizations focused on fraud prevention for enterprise. Outside of work, I build and design mechanical keyboards, watches, and larger projects that bring many of my interests together—like a remote-controlled, residential, steel rolling gate. I like figuring out how things work and improving them through understanding.
If there’s a common thread, it’s that I love learning. Learning is how I design, create, and build. And it’s in working with and for others that I find meaning in what I do.
